Check-in is from 1:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible with prior approval and an extra fee.

Your booking is confirmed only after payment is received through our secure Razorpay link. Once paid, your dates are blocked on our calendar.

• 3 days or more before check-in: 100% refund

• 1–3 days before check-in: 50% refund

• Less than 1 days or no-show: No refund

Pets must be supervised and are not allowed on furniture. Guests are responsible for any damage or extra cleaning.

Yes, a valid government-issued photo ID is required for all adult guests at check-in.

Each room includes a private bathroom, free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, and complimentary toiletries.

We serve a homemade meals, For other meals, several restaurants are within walking distance.

Any damages, missing items, or extra cleaning will be charged to the guest. A refundable security deposit may be required in certain cases.

Being in a hill/remote area, occasional fluctuations may occur. We’ll do our best to restore services quickly, but refunds are not issued for outages beyond our control.
